By using our website or submitting information to us, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. This Policy works alongside any specific notices we provide at the point of data collection.

- Project & enrollment data: selected track/event/level, portfolio links, deadlines, brief, short bio.
- Payment confirmation data: UPI VPA, transaction reference/UTR, paid amount, and (optional) payment screenshot you upload.
- Communication records: messages sent via forms, email, or WhatsApp.
- Usage data (cookies/local storage): device/approx. location, pages viewed, time on page, referral source, and basic analytics if enabled.
- Session storage: we temporarily store your enrollment form data in
sessionStorageto prefill the payment step. It clears on completion or when your session ends.
3) How we collect data
- Directly from you: contact/enroll forms, emails, WhatsApp, competition submissions.
- Automatically: cookies, local/session storage, and basic analytics scripts.
- Third parties: payment apps (e.g., PhonePe, GPay, Paytm) may send you receipts; we only receive what you share with us (e.g., UTR/screenshot).
4) How we use your information
- Provide services, event operations, judging, and communications.
- Send quotes, proposals, invoices, enrollment confirmations, and updates.
- Process and reconcile payments you make through your UPI app.
- Improve our site, services, and participant experience.
- Detect and prevent fraud, spam, or abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and reasonable law-enforcement requests.
5) Legal basis / compliance
We process personal data on bases such as consent (you submit forms), contract (to provide requested services), legitimate interests (service improvement, security), and legal obligations. We strive to align with applicable laws including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, we aim to respect the principles of the GDPR where applicable.
6) Payments
UPI payments are completed in your chosen app (e.g., PhonePe @ybl, Google Pay, Paytm). We do not collect or store your card/bank credentials. We may ask you to provide proof of payment (UTR, amount, screenshot) to match your enrollment. Always verify the UPI handle before paying: 7023623644-2@ybl (or any updated VPA shown on our payment page).
7) Sharing & third-party services
- Email delivery: We use EmailJS (browser-based email service) to receive form submissions and send confirmations.
- Hosting/infra & analytics: We may use reputable hosting/CDN and optional analytics providers.
- Event operations: Judges/mentors may see relevant participant submissions for evaluation.
- Legal/safety: We may share information to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights/safety.
We do not sell your personal information.
8) Cookies, local storage & tracking
- Essential: Keep the site working (security, form flow).
- Functional: sessionStorage for your enroll form (temporary convenience).
- Analytics (optional): If enabled, helps us understand usage in aggregate. No interest-based ads.
You can control cookies in your browser settings. Do Not Track (DNT) signals are not consistently honored by all services; we do not currently respond to DNT.
9) Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including service delivery, resolving disputes, accounting/tax requirements, and event records. Session-based data (like enrollment in sessionStorage) is short-lived and cleared after use.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (access controls, least-privilege, HTTPS where available). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please share only what is necessary and contact us if you suspect misuse.
