2) Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to participate in competitions or request services, unless supervised by a parent/guardian.
• By enrolling, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are not barred from receiving services under applicable laws.

3) Enrollments & Competitions

• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment and submission of required details.
• Inspora reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove participants for misconduct, plagiarism, or breach of competition rules.
• Prizes, certificates, and opportunities will be awarded based on merit, judging criteria, and adherence to deadlines.

4) Payments & Refunds

• All payments must be made via authorized channels mentioned on our site (UPI or official payment links).
• Once an enrollment or service fee is paid, it is generally non-refundable, except in case of technical errors or proven double payments.
• If a project or event is canceled by Inspora, we will issue full or partial refunds as appropriate.

5) Intellectual Property

• All content on the Inspora website—including text, visuals, videos, code, and designs—is owned or licensed by Inspora.
• Participants retain ownership of their original submissions but grant Inspora a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, share, and promote their work with credit for marketing or educational purposes.
• You may not copy, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

6) User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration and communication.
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes and not to harm or disrupt any system or network.
• Respect the privacy and rights of other participants, clients, and partners.

7) Content Usage & Attribution

By submitting videos, designs, or other creative work through our platform or competitions, you grant Inspora permission to use and showcase them in portfolios, marketing reels, or social media posts with proper credit. You may request removal at any time by contacting us.

8) Third-Party Links & Tools

Our site may contain links to external sites or tools (e.g., EmailJS, UPI apps, Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of these external services. Use them at your own discretion.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties
